Originally commissioned by Karen Davis-Foulks (www.4cellife.com) in 2011, for Emancipate Yourself from Medical Mental Slavery Day, a day observed in Washington, D.C. on April 30th (Juneteenth), in which members of the community practice self-awareness predicated on consciously taking care of their health and healing their bodies.
